ELTREKKA HISTORY

ELTRAK group entered the auto parts sector in 1997 through the acquisition of Lucas Service Hellas.

In 1998 ELTRAK began a partnership with the European buying group Auto Distribution International (ADI) and the company acquires the name AD Hellas.

ELTRAK became the leader in the auto parts market in 2000 through the creation of ELTREKKA resulting from the merger of AD Hellas and EKKA.

In 2005 an agreement was signed between Autohellas and Eltrak for Autohellas’ 50% participation as a shareholder of ELTREKKA. 

In October 2008 ELTREKKA further extended its leading position in the market by undertaking the storage and distribution of Ford genuine parts on behalf of Velmar, member company of the Vassilakis group.

In 2011 ELTREKKA signed an agreement with BP Oil Hellenic S.A. for the distribution of BP Lubricants and with Robert Bosch S.A. for the distribution of all parts as well as the diagnostic and garage equipment.

Since March 2013 ELTREKKA expands its activities in car paints taking on the distribution of Spies Hecker  car paints for the Greek market. The same year despite the difficult economic market conditions ELTREKKA extended to three parts of Attica with new stores and one more store in Crete.

In May 2015 ELTREKKA expands its cooperation with BP Oil Hellenic S.A. for the distribution of Castrol products in the Greek market.

In 2019 Autohellas S.A. has reached an agreement with ELTRAK Group in order to acquire 100% of ELTREKKA shares.
