The facilities and equipment of our service shops in Athens and Thessalonica enable Eltrak CAT (Official Caterpillar Dealer) to undertake a wide range of repairs on Caterpillar machines. The success of the repairs is based on the use of service shop units specialized in:

• Turbocharger repairs
• Oil pumps testing
• Drive Train repairs
• Hydraulic system repairs
• Electrical and electronic parts repairs
• Undercarriage repairs

Aiming for the continuous improvement of our services, we are constantly investing in equipment (dynamometers of up to 2.000HP, hydraulic cylinders assembly & disassembly bench, specialized tools, etc), and human resources (75 engineers and mechanics), while 20 mobile service units ( based in Athens, Thessalonica, Larisa, Heraklion and Patras) are ready to satisfy our customers’ repair needs all over Greece.

Last but not least, our service department offers special schemes for:

• Full or partial machine rebuilds (engine ,torque converter, transmission,differentials,final dirves,hydraulic pumps and motors )
• Preventive maintenance service contracts (CSAs).
